    Role of Team / Troop Staff

    The role of the Team / Troop Staff is to execute the vision of the Company Staff respective to the Military Occupation Specialties assigned within the Team/Troop. Team / Troop Staff is comprised of the following:

    1. Team / Troop Leader
    2. Team / Troop Chief


    Responsibilities

    The following is a list of basic responsibilities. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, merely the base from which to start.

    1. Responsible for the ongoing health and morale of the Team / Troop in all respects.
    2. Be available to the Members of the Team / Troop at all times when online.
    3. Admin game servers as required.
    4. Perform administrative duties associated with the Team / Troop (i.e. AARs, counseling, discipline).
    5. Train and directly supervise upcoming LCpl's, Cpl's and Sgt's.
    6. Other duties as required.


    Team / Troop Leader Duties

    Daily Duties

    1. Take Care of Enlisted - When on Discord be available for your enlisted members of the Team / Troop. Be prompt when responding to requests for assistance over Discord, BattleMetrics, or the website.
    2. Make an effort to meet with E-5's through E-8's to build a rapport and ensure a positive working relationship with them.
    3. Spend time with all enlisted members and leadership within your Team / Troop.
    4. Counseling - Issue appropriate counseling measures as required to ensure understanding and compliance with all rules, regulations and minimum expectations.
    5. Ensure information is passed up and down the Chain of Command in a timely manner.

    Weekly Duties

    1. Accountability - Ensure you are attending one Official Operation per week within the Company.
    2. Report - Ensure that your After Action Reports are submited in a timely manner after an Official Operation.
    3. Presence - Spend at least two hours per week on the public server OR use that same two hours to conduct an office hour in Discord voice to be available to Enlisted Members while working on TFE related work. Either option for two hours fulfills this requirement.

    Monthly Duties

    1. Team / TroopGrowth - Focus efforts on the growth of the Team / Troop. This can be through organizing and encouraging Team / Troop events on the public servers, as well as leading by example when it comes to playing and recruiting on the public servers.
    2. Monthly Training Plan - Coordinate with the Team / Troop Chief and other Team / Troop NCOs to outline Monthly Training Goals.
    3. FTX (Field Training Exercise) - Coordinate with your Team / Troop Sergeant to plan and conduct one Team / Troop FTX every two months.


    Team / Troop Chief Duties
