Task Force Exiled — Award Policy
1. Purpose
This policy establishes a fair, transparent framework for recognizing member achievements—whether during operations, training, volunteer efforts, or community contributions—to boost morale, encourage excellence, and reinforce unit identity.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible:
Must be an active member in good standing.
Must not be under disciplinary action.
Must meet specific criteria for the award type.
Must have supporting documentation (AARs, witness statements, etc.) when applicable.
3. Nomination Process
Anyone (E‑4 or above) may nominate a member.
Nominations should include:
Nominee’s name
Award requested
Reasoning/justification
Supporting evidence
Submit an Award Request via the Operations Center.
4. Approval Authority
Flight Leader
Section Leader and Section Sergeant
Platoon Leader and Platoon Sergeant
Company Commanding and Executive Officers
Battalion Commanding and Executive Officers
Task Force Commanding and Executive Officers
5. Revocation
Awards may be revoked if:
Found to have been issued in error.
New evidence of misconduct emerges.
At the member’s request under rare circumstances (requires approval from Command Staff).
6. Policy Review
Annual or semi‑annual review by Command Staff.
Consider updates based on feedback, organizational changes, or gameplay evolution.
